You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Branch Apps.
Branch Apps is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Branch Apps reserves the right to determine if you are in compliance with these rules. If you are not in compliance, you may be temporarily or permanently banned from the app. We reserve the right to make determinations on what constitutes deletion of posts or removal of the app.
The Branch app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses, compromise your phone’s security features, and could prevent the Branch app from working properly.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Branch Apps cannot take responsibility if the app does not function fully due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app outside of Wi-Fi, including roaming charges, and should have permission from the bill payer if you are not the primary account holder.
Branch Apps cannot take responsibility if your device runs out of battery or fails to operate. You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and operational.
The app may be updated periodically. Updates may be required to continue using the app. Branch Apps does not promise that updates will always be available, but you agree to accept updates when offered. Branch Apps may also terminate access to the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if required.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
